~~POLLUTION INTRUSION~~

Amidst the Cairo Desert area the summer sun is shining bright
Yet there's not one single glimpse of clear blue sky in sight!
Unfortunately pollution in the extended Cairo Region
Is now the damning curse of every month and season!
It's irrelevant; it no longer matters if its spring, winter, autumn or summer
The level of pollution in Cairo now can be constantly classified as 'Bummer!'
I love living in Cairo; here I am fulfilled to the depth of my very soul
Cairo I had planned to make my home from now until I grow old
But these days I'm not so sure if this is possible or within my earthly power
Pollution of every kind in Cairo gets worse with each passing minute and hour!
My health is regularly suffering at a rate that escalates and worsens more and more
'Please start to clean up Cairo!' With every cell in my body and soul I do vigorously implore!
This Land of the Pharaohs is wondrous, exceptional and undeniably magic
To carelessly destroy life in Cairo this way is definitely 'Haram' and tragic
So come on Egyptians stand up tall and with one unified voice shout out loud
To return the city of Cairo to once more a city of which you can all be proud!
Egyptians don't let the spirit and sacredness of your blessed city needlessly disappear
Don't ignore her plight; stand up and fight – Don't cower or overlook this call in hopelessness or fear!
Of course there is a definite solution
To this deadly pollution intrusion!
Constant blind indifference and pretence are the enemy
While
Acknowledgment and care present the certain remedy
Cairo retains numerous magical mysteries from Egypt's famous ancient past
Sadly this cancerous pollution is masking them and they are fading all too fast
Start this minute to begin to heal the errors that time has allowed
Start this minute to begin to remove this deathly pollution shroud
Don't destroy the soul of Egypt's mother city Cairo; instead unite to keep it alive and in place
Renew the purity of Cairo's soul; the city that was gifted to Egyptians in the wisdom of God's grace!
